The 10th Avenue Theatre

On the west side of 10th Avenue, between Broadway and E Street in the East Village neighborhood of downtown San Diego.
Parking:
Parking can be challenging in our neighborhood. We recommend you to give yourself plenty of time.
Directly in front of the building there are 2-hour parking meters. There are 4-hour meters on E Street. The current rate is $1.25/hour – Bring quarters! Street parking is free after 6:00 p.m. Mondays – Saturdays, and all day on Sundays and federal holidays.
Surface lots with flat rates that range from $6 – $8 on most days and $10 on Padres game days can be found at:

The machines at these lots accept Visa, MasterCard or exact cash.
Public Transportation:

The Building
The 10th Avenue Theatre is a 107-seat intimate black box space.
Our productions are OPEN SEATING.
It is often cold in the theater, so we recommend bringing a jacket or sweater.
During most Mo`olelo productions, there will be a concurrent visual art exhibit in the second floor gallery of the building. The exhibits are typically open an hour before the performance and during intermission.
Accessibility
The theater, lobby and bathrooms are ADA compliant. Please call us at 619-342-7395 prior to your performance if you have any special needs and we will be happy to accommodate.
Hard of hearing? You may borrow a copy of the script to quietly follow along during the performance or to read prior to seeing the show. Please call 619-342-7395 to make arrangements.
